TINY
TOTS

(Potty Trained-5 years old-No Req)

  • Handstands
  • Basic tumbling shapes (Hollow Body,
  • Lunge, Head placement, etc)
  • Forward/Backward Rolls to Stand Up
  • Front Limbers
  • Back Bridges
  • Bridge Kick Over
  • Cartwheel

INTRO TUMBLE

(Ages 6+ No Req, 5 year old- Director Approval)

  • Handstands
  • Basic tumbling shapes (Hollow Body,

BEGINNER TUMBLE

ELITE LEVEL 1 TUMBLE

(Must have Mastered Beginner Tumble Skills)

JUMP CLASS

Our Jump Classes include drills and conditioning exercises designed to enhance jump height and flexibility while also developing and refining the techniques and execution of various cheerleading jumps.

FLEX CLASS

Our Flex Classes focus on improving flexibility by incorporating dynamic warm-ups, strength training, and targeted stretching exercises designed to increase an athlete’s range of motion. Flex Classes are beneficial for all athletes, not just flyers, and can help improve overall performance while reducing the risk of injury.
