Elite

Our Elite program offers a year-long commitment beginning with evaluations in May and first practice in June. Athletes should expect practices twice a week, totaling 4 hours of training. Throughout the season, teams will participate in 5-8 competitions, including the prestigious NCA Dallas event for select teams. This program offers all the “bells and whistles” of All Star Cheerleading.

Elite Prep

Our Elite Prep program offers a year-long commitment beginning with evaluations in May and first practice in June. Athletes should expect practices twice a week, totaling 3.5 to 4 hours. Practices will consist of comprehensive skill development and team bonding. Throughout the season, our team will participate in 4-6 competitions, each with opportunities for travel.

Limited Travel

Our Limited Travel program offers a year-long commitment beginning with evaluations in May and first practice in June. Athletes should expect practices once a week, totaling 1.5-2 hours. They will have the opportunity to compete at 3-4 local competitions throughout the season. This program offers a more manageable time commitment and without the need for extensive travel.

Mid-Season Cheer

Our Mid-Season Cheer program is a half year commitment beginning in January through May. Athletes should expect practices once a week, totaling 1.5-2 hours and will learn a 2:00 routine. Athletes will compete in two local competitions. No experience is needed for this program. 

Rec Cheer

Our Rec Cheer program lasts 8-weeks and is only offered in the fall. Athletes will learn the foundation of cheer and tumbling during once a week practices. Athletes will perform a routine at our fall showcase in November. No experience is needed for this program.
