Elite

Our Elite program offers a year-long commitment beginning with evaluations in May and first practice in June. Athletes should expect practices twice a week, totaling 4 hours of training. Throughout the season, teams will participate in 5-7 competitions, including the infamous OneUp Grand Nationals in Nashville, TN. This program offers all the “bells and whistles” of All-Star Cheerleading.

Elite Prep

Our Elite Prep program offers a year-long commitment beginning with evaluations in May and first practice in June. Athletes should expect practices twice a week, totaling 3 to 4 hours. Practices will consist of comprehensive skill development and team bonding. Throughout the season, our team will participate in 5-6 competitions, with an opportunity for travel.

Novice

Our Novice program is a great entry point for individuals new to the All Star competitive cheerleading world. This program offers a year-long commitment beginning with evaluations in May and first practice in June. Athletes should expect to practice once a week, totaling 1.5 hours. They will have the opportunity to compete at 3-5 local competitions throughout the season. This program offers a more manageable time commitment without the need for extensive travel.

Mid-Season Cheer

Our Mid-Season Cheer program is a half year commitment beginning in January through May. Athletes should expect practices once a week, totaling 1.5-2 hours and will learn a 2:00 routine. Athletes will compete in two local competitions. No experience is needed for this program.
