Island Cheer and Tumbling began in 2012 as a small driveway business called “Cheer and Tumbling on the Go,” driven by a passion for developing strong athletes and even stronger individuals. What started with just 6 students quickly grew through word of mouth into a full program.

In 2013, we opened our first gym and expanded rapidly, eventually becoming the largest competitive training facility in Northeast Florida. In August 2021, we opened our second location in Yulee, FL, to serve even more athletes and families.

We offer Level 1–3 Tumbling and All-Star Cheer for ages 3–18, with every athlete placed on a team, regardless of experience. Our staff brings elite experience from top collegiate and All-Star programs and shares a deep passion for mentoring youth both in and out of the gym.
